Delivery

Delivery costs vary by product and start from £1.65 for UK orders, and £4.95 for orders to the USA. Some items in different categories are shipped direct from different print partners and so will incur separate shipping costs which will be added together at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and Evanescent Visions can not be held responsible for any delays incurred by the carrier.

Please ensure that the delivery address given at the time of ordering is correct.

TRACKING YOUR ITEM

You can see the tracking status of tracked orders by by entering the tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking website. Please note that refunds or replacements can not be made  for orders reported as not received if they are shown as having been delivered by the tracking information.

UK Orders will not be considered lost in the post until 10 business days have passed from the dispatch date, and 28 days for international orders.

Dispatch Time

Each item is printed to order. The average dispatch time is 3-5 business days beginning the day after the order has been received, but some items may vary. Please refer to the dispatch time given on individual product pages.  Orders are not processed, dispatched or shipped on UK public bank holidays.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are estimates and are given below.

Please note that at busy seasonal times of year, such as Christmas, postal services may experience delays and shipping times may be longer than stated, so please order early.

UK ORDERS:

Shipping time is approximately 2-4 business days

USA & AUSTRALIA ORDERS:

Shipping time is approximately 5-15 business days. 

Please note international orders may be subject to custom charges depending on the value of the item, which is payable by the customer.
