Returns & Refunds

I will be happy to refund any items that you are not happy with. If you change your mind about your order the items must be returned in the same new condition they were received in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. For order cancellations please see the full Terms and Conditions.

Please Note: The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation:

- Personalised and custom orders

Items can not be refunded or replaced due to non-delivery if the delivery address supplied for the order was incorrect.  Items can also not be refunded or replaced if the item is shown as delivered in the tracking information.

Personalised items are not eligible for refund due to mistakes in personalisation details if incorrect information was supplied for the order. Please ensure all information supplied is correct before final purchase.

Faulty items received will be refunded the cost of the item including postage paid on the order using the payment method used for the original order, for faulty items within 30 days of purchase. A replacement may be issued instead of a full refund if so requested. After 30 days items will be repaired or replaced instead of refunded.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/REFUND

  • Contact Evanescent Visions via the contact form or by by emailing: contact[at]evanescent-visions.uk  stating the reason for the return or refund request
  • Please include the order number
  • For issues or faulty items a photograph must be also be supplied showing the damage or issue.

You will then be provided with the correct return address. Please note refunds can not be given if goods are not sent to the correct return address.The customer will pay for the cost of returning goods, unless the goods are faulty.

It is strongly recommended that proof of posting be obtained or goods be returned using a 'signed for' or tracked mail delivery service to ensure the returned goods have been received by us.  If items are not received back and no proof is obtained a replacement or refund can not be issued.
