How to I add the custom text I want to the order?

Select products have the option to add custom text or personalisation, for example greeting cards. Simply type the text you would like added to the personalisation box on the product page. Please refer to individual product details for word or character limits.

How can I find out which model phone I have?

Please refer to our help page which details how you can find out which model you have to ensure the correct case size is ordered.

Is payment secure on your site?

Yes. All submitted information is encrypted with industry standards, and no credit card details are stored on this website or by Evanescent Visions.  You can choose to pay by most major credit cards or PayPal with a secure checkout. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

The majority of orders arrive as expected. However if your order is delayed first check the tracking information provided in the order dispatch confirmation. This should show if the order is still in transit or has been delivered. Orders will not be considered lost in the post until 10 business days have passed for UK orders, and 28 business days for US orders. Please note that refunds or replacements can not be made for orders reported as not received if they are shown as having been delivered by the tracking information.
