Shipping policy
Evanescent Visions currently only ships to the UK and USA.
Delivery costs vary by product and start from £1.50 for UK orders and £5.75 for US orders. All US orders will be sent using a Tracked postal service. Some items in different categories are shipped direct from different print partners and so will incur separate shipping costs which will be added together at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and Evanescent Visions can not be held responsible for any delays incurred by the carrier. Overseas customers are responsible for paying any customs duties. When orders are sent outside of the UK the delivery is usually the responsibility of the postal service in the country the order is being sent to. Please note that sometimes delays can be caused by customs checks.
Please ensure that the delivery address given at the time of ordering is correct.
Tracking your item
You can see the tracking status of tracked orders by by entering the tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking website. Please note that refunds or replacements can not be made for orders reported as not received if they are shown as having been delivered by the tracking information.
Orders will not be considered lost in the post until 10 business days have passed from the dispatch date for UK orders, or 28 business days for international orders
Processing & Shipping Times
The processing time for orders before dispatch is 3-5 business days, and 3-7 business days for the non-strap wallet phone cases.
